Those questions are for Americans to answer and/or dig deeper into, in that, those that aren't under the influence of following authoritarian orders that has been their regiment since birth.

That ex-prisoner said that it was the CIA in cahoots with the Warden and boom, orchestrated murder in prison. Could it be the FBI as well, who knows? This was on Trump's watch. And let's not forget this claim from Trump: "Donald Trump claimed he could "stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody" and not "lose any voters."

That by far, was the best explanation of how this happened that I have ever heard. And considering his background in solitary at that same prison, he definitely nailed it.

while i don't know the exact model involved, these type of cctv system tend to split capture stream into fixed-sized chunks, often 2-3 hrs long, depending on bitrate. if they're concatinated using video editing software without recompression (which they almost always are, as the raw formats are often proprietary or obscure), that's much different than cutting and pasting segments and recompressing a new video. there may be nothing nefarious in the use of premier here.
