So...I did some checking on this, and the article up there ...misses some nuances. So what's going on? Not a lot, as it turns out and a better source is Gateway Pundit.
Here's the skinny:
Anyhoo, check out the Gateway Pundit article. It's a better source and does a good job of explaining things. My personal opinion is that they haven't a chance.
Here's the skinny:
- yep, lawsuit.
- filed last year. (not new. Been sitting in courts for a long time)
- Gates is one of 17 people (incudes former Dutch Prime Minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch state itself.) The very broad scope of who they're suing should tell you that this has almost no chance.
- They claim that the above made these claims about vaccines (vaccine would stop transmission. They said the vaccinated could quit wearing a mask. They said the vaccinated would not get sick. They said the vaccinated were not going to die) In order to prove this, they will have to come up with public statements that each of those in the lawsuit said these four things and promoted exactly that (not "help prevent you from being sick, reduce your chances of dying, etc.)
- They claim that Gates, through his involvement with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), was involved in a far-reaching agenda—referred to as “The Great Reset Project"
