Beware of your 14e ammendment
#1
Hello guys,

My first post to be actually about politics beats me , but must be a form of precognition?
I was just watching an old episode of valuetainment , it was all before Trump actually won.

Someone there spoke about how the only way to obstruct Trump was deny him to be inaugurated and make Biden a second term president, all through the 14 ammendment.

As we now see that they're trying to blame Elon skylink and other things as to build a case to use the 14e ammendment imho.

I say find high leads and probabilities that might indicate this , because they can actually still stop him from becoming president on the 6e of January 2025.
Can't even imagine,
What will happen then if they succeed??

Greetz and congratulations for the MAGA team

I’m no expert on the 14th amendment. However, I’d like to see them try. The people have spoken. No really — I’d really like to see them try. SEE what happens…..

Here’s a hint: MAGA carry guns. The far left carries purple hair dye (and sometimes pink, if they are feeling frisky).

Pledging to not question the validity of banking debts?

Yeah,... no.

Please refer to PolitiFact, who have the factiest political facts on the Internet, home of the "pants on fire" truth-o-meter. Their only agenda is to publish the truth, and you can be sure of this because their home page says so.

Quote:...Some social media users have claimed efforts by Trump, now the president-elect, to overturn the 2020 election results and remain in power disqualify him from holding office again under the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

...Legal scholars who spoke with PolitiFact said the court’s ruling means that any enforcement of the 14th Amendment to keep Trump out of the White House would need to come through Congress. Because of Congress’ current political makeup (Republicans control the House) — that almost certainly won’t happen by Jan. 20, when Trump will be sworn in as the 47th president.

...Legal scholars said there’s no reason to suspect Congress will act to bar Trump from office because of his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

"I think whatever the legal argument surrounding that, as a practical matter, it’s just not going to happen, because, obviously, the Republicans will be completely against it," Ilya Somin, a George Mason University law professor, said. "But I don’t see much in the way of a movement among Democrats to do it either."

The U.S. Supreme Court ruling left ambiguous whether enforcement requires specific legislation, or whether Congress could refuse to certify Trump’s election on Jan. 6, 2025, legal experts said.

So there is no problem unless he goes all Ron Paul and questions the validity of the public debt of The United States, as Maxmars has noted.

By the way, at this point the public debt of The United States is an absurd legal fiction with no validity, as "debt" implies something that could eventually be paid back, which is now impossible with compound interest and inflationary fiat currency.

Oopsie.

ETA: Please note that I did not violate the 14th Amendment as I questioned the debt of "The United States", not the debt of "the United States", or even the united States. Checkmate, sovereign citizen globalists (I know there's at least one of you). Use all caps next time.

I thinks it's far more likely that Biden pardons Trump along with his own 'genius' son.

That's over, anyway. Or should be over. The futility of years of efforts by the most hell bent on the left should be apparent by now. If people wanted him removed from influence he wouldn't have won a landslide election to give him influence.

Change tactics, time to let it happen and wait to react. Clear his history, Tabula rasa. He'll probably do plenty of new thing to criticize..

Like picking Old Yeller's assassin for Homeland Security director, if you're not a fan. But it is still better to let her and everyone start their administration first. Not gonna get him with 'lawfare', and he's proven impervious to getting himself, even when you really think he will.

And things are shaking out different so far. People were worried for Ukraine, and Zelensky said the war will end sooner with Trump as president following a productive post election conversation.

So who knows what they're ACTUALLY going to do vs. what people say we should fear they're gonna do.

I'm not a an expert either, but I read some of those parts, and section 3
Seems something they might use via agencies.
I'm not saying it will happen but the upcoming month could maybe indicate that they plan to .

It's roughly one month imo that could be to short to do such a thing , but hey its America and everything out of the ordinary happens with you guys and rest of the world follows that path as it seems ?

Let's hope everything stays calm and we'll see a huge inauguration that's for sure many people will be there
