I'm reading the parade is cancelled even possibly Capitol Arena is cancelled too and the swearing in may happen at the whitehouse.

Swearing in will be at the Rotonda at the Capitol.
The stage was being built this morning.

Im reading that the parade on Pennsylvania Avenue is still on.
The line up is here - 7500 people marching.
First responders from the assination attempt in Butler, the Dump Truck, Lots of bands from around the country, etc ...

This makes no sense to me.
The wind isn't expected to be high.
The weather is cold but the people in the planes don't care.
The planes are all de-iced and should fly fine.

Nothing on the news about the Rotunda being cancelled.  Still showing that they are working on it and getting it ready ... 

Lots of MAGA Hats?  Yeah ... if you go to the parade tomorrow you'll see all sorts of fun stuff people will be wearing.   We went to a Trump rally in 2015.   Lots of different shirts and hats and jackets and glasses and stuff being worn ... and tons of vendors lining the place with kitch .. bobble heads and flags and pens and snow globes and all sorts of stuff to buy.   EXCELLENT FUN.  Wish I was going tomorrow.  But we are old and it's so cold ...

Make sure you go to a cheesy gift shoppe while you are in the city.   They have trinkets ... fun stuff.  Even insulting stuff (like presidential toilet paper, etc etc).  I know there used to be one across the street from Fords Theatre (the theatre where Pres Lincoln was shot).   Next to the Peterson House (where Lincoln died).   But there are some strewn throughout the city.

Victory Rally going on now at the Capital One Arena.
I have been by it.   
Can't remember for sure, but I think it's over by the Spy Museum.
Trump Rallies are a hoot.
Watching this one on TV.

TV News reporting that the parade has been moved inside to the Capital One Arena.
WHich means it's not really a parade anymore ... it's going to be a big party at the arena.

So this afternoon had a bit of snow - it was cold if you didn't have gloves and a beanie.

I'm still 45/55 if the innauguartion was moved indoor because of the weather or security.

I'm surprised how close I could get to the capital. I managed to get to the main wall for for a few seconds before a guards half assed and hushed me away.

Success, after a Handful of scotch and cokes *staring at the "Nice & Easy"* and several pool games won... I've spoken with an opposition research and a journo for politico. Liberal vibe is high-minded. Definately a negative reaction if i suggest I'm in town to support trump. But it's all good banter so far.. Weed is everywhere....

The nights young and alcohol flowing and 13hrs until the official proceeding start.
