Think there's any truth to the speculation that Gulf War Syndrome was caused by stuff concealed in the plumes of smoke from burning oil rig fires? If so I wonder who was behind that. Still a mystery...

Still fuck you for not apologizing and yes, I visit the VA regularly for my Gulf War auto-immune disease syndrome.

FUCK!

Well I'm sorry to hear that, and I certainly did not intend to impugn your service or anything like that. Since I have no control over or right to judge your interpretation or defensiveness I'm not going to do some half-ass "I'm sorry if you were offended" thing, so I'll just say there was no offence intended. Cool?

Although OT...

I'd like to add that there are literally hundreds of thousands of veterans who do not "look at me, I know something special"... as opposed to the two dozen or so the media insists you track on the internet.

I personally know veterans who can't get some medical treatments - even at the VA - because they cannot 'attribute their condition" without violating their security oaths.

If we should actually declare "war" on Venezuela, and I pray we don't,
there will be even MORE veterans who have to lock away chunks of their lives...
and accept the grim fate of the family of lost veterans... left to languish and die.

I tell people that the NDAs that private industry makes you sign are much more restrictive than classified information, because those contracts are non-specific, applying to anything that might even be considered protected, and everything related. But the penalties for breaking them are civil, not criminal. C/S/TS/SCI, on the other hand, is always clearly indicated as such, and if it ain't labelled or made explicit— it ain't classified. That's actually much more permissive. But I think most people err on the side of caution—and rightly so—and give a wide berth, even where not necessary. If there's any upside to the aging of the Vietnam and later generations, knowing the shenanigans they've had to endure, it's that many of them may reevaluate exactly what they're legally obligated to still keep secret, instead of just assuming, and decide with wiser eyes how the country may be best served by their experience.

While in Venezuela we saw the Eucharistic miracle.
It's now enshrined at the Augustinian Nuns convent.
I got right next to it and put my rosary to the glass covering.
Saw the blood looking fresh on the host and everything.

From Google AI Assist -The Betania Eucharistic Miracle occurred on December 8, 1991, in Betania, Venezuela, when a priest, Father Otty Ossa Aristizábal, witnessed a consecrated Host begin to bleed during Mass. Tests confirmed the red substance was human blood, type AB+. The miraculous Host is now permanently venerated in a chapel at the Augustinian Recollect Nuns' convent in nearby Los Teques.

The fact that there is an authenticated Eucharistic miracle that happened at the Vatican approved apparition site in Venezuela lends credence to the prophecies of Betania and Maria Esperanza.    So to circle back ... yeah World War could come out of Venezuela ... that's the prophecy.

That part about a world war involving Venezuela is new to me... interesting.

How close do you think something like that could be?

Just curious what you’ve heard about the María Esperanza prophecy… I might dig into it a bit later.

There are genocides happening now. Countries that citizens are being horribly oppressed. We ignore a lot of them, most never even hitting the news.

Venezuela isn't my problem. It isn't most peoples problem, hence why no one has talked about it for decades other than here or there when riots happened there.

I responded to doubts about how Venezuelans think about possible regime change.

Also this would benefit the US. Venezuela has the biggest known oil reserves in the world, it has massive economical potential and you can use it to control oil prices world wide. That is power you dont want your adversaries to have.

On top of that Russia or China could easily turn Venezuela into a great military outpost.

And then you still have the drugs that come from there and the millions of migrants that have left Venezuela. Of which many are now illegally in US.. which most are not the greatest fan of.

And Venezuela is different than an Iraq or Syria in that it has a working political system and a very willing western Christian culture that can deal with regime change. They would like nothing better.

No doubt. She has a strong vision, which is why she was granted a Nobel Prize.

Fast-forward to 6:10 for the meat of it.

We've seen this pony show before

Iraq Was the Front. UAE Was the Vault.

The Iraq War wasn’t just about oil or WMDs.
It was a resource transfer operation a geopolitical laundering job on a global scale.
And while Baghdad burned, Dubai got built. ??

Iraq: The Destruction Engine
WMDs? Fake premise.
$2.4+ trillion disappeared into contractor pipelines.
Assets looted: gold, oil, antiquities, national identity.
Halliburton, Raytheon, Bechtel, BlackRock not a war, a payday.
While the world watched the bombs, they moved the money.

 UAE: The Transfer Point
Meanwhile, Dubai and Abu Dhabi rose from the sand
2002–2012: Towers, ports, islands became a Freeport: no taxes, no oversight, no cameras.
Art. Crypto. Diamonds. Weapons.
Even futures on organ traffic.

They’ll never call it a world war because then you’d ask where the Marshall Plan 2.0 went.
