Speaking of USO's ; stupidest shit I ever heard was in a book I am not going to embarrass the author because I respect their work, talking about how the submarines, u-boats of the Germans were modified during and after the War to become the flying cigar shaped UFOs and USO's that we sometimes see today. heh.
