That was predictable, it is the current narrative structure is to just outright lie and obfuscate because there really is nothing left to defend. Oh well, whatever fills your life with copium.
I'm not even sure what post you are responding to. All the quoted text was missing from your reply.
I'm not sure what you think I was lying about, but I assure you that I have been trying to be truthful in my posts.
Please identify what you believe were lies so that I might be able to gather evidence supportive to my case, in response.

Is that not an immigration procedure rule?
"Violating or being subject to this section does not create criminal charges. It’s civil immigration law, handled by immigration officers and courts, not criminal courts."

No thank you.
If you didn't care about due process coming in, don't whine about how you get thrown out.
Nobody is flinging me out of anywhere, David.
I don't even think they would let me in with my record and social media history. LoL
A lot of these people have jobs and contribute to society, they are hardly your stereotypical criminals.
Just my two cents, i don't expect many to agree.
Might be nice if at some point they go after the rich clowns running the show all the same.
After all, swamps, drains, and all that jazz.
Where do you imagine they are on the list?
My bedtime now anyway its 1 am, and im up in about 6 hours.
Good night DI, have fun, and try and keep the madness down to a minimum.

Why do you want illegal aliens here in America?
You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people's opinions.

They need to find out who is organizing these criminals and slam RICO charges on them.

Im going to my bed DBC.
But if they have jobs, pay tax, and contribute to society.
I would leave them alone.
Good night.

If not, stfu
New Zealand does have restrictions upon entry to the country, however, we do not criminalize people just for being here. But we do fine them, and sometimes deport or imprison them if they have done something heinous.
Also our border and customs service isn't funded to ridiculous levels. You do realize that under Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill act, you are paying more money to ICE than any other US agency, in the ballpark of $22.5 billion per year? That is out of public money, your tax money. Trump is throwing money hand over fist at everything, and crippling your economy with tariffs at the same time. No wonder he is stealing oil and wanting to get total control of the resources of other countries.
As I pointed out previously, NZ potentially could support an additional 20 million people or thereabouts (based upon the population of the British Isles), but it would take time for so many to arrive, and also to bring infrastructural support up to the mark.
The numbers of new entrants to the USA are only a trickle in comparison to that number and the USA, provably, has current land and production facilities able to support the ones that have already come, and no doubt, many millions more. As I estimated, based upon Great Britain's current population, when multiplied by the vastly greater land area of the USA, it could support probably 2 billion people. China, with a smaller total land footprint than the USA, currently has a population of about 1.45 billion.
Nor does New Zealand condone the execution of citizens just because other people may have outstayed visas or whatever. One thing is not like the other, but you seem to be blurring one thing into the other in your posts.
The taking of a life, even those of an alleged criminal, is a truly serious thing here.
BTW, you keep telling me to shut up. Which clearly hasn't worked. So, perhaps, you might try, instead, addressing the details of your argument?

Yeah that was the scam, or loophole. Immigrants were told that they just needed to claim they were "fearful" and seeking political asylum, and then they were released into the public immediately while awaiting a hearing, a violation of the law by the Biden administration. They'd then skip out on those hearings, with no follow-up or consequence. Until now.
Not sure that's what happened here, because I wasn't able to find the specific administrative warrant, but it seems likely. After all, how long has it been? Surely any scheduled hearing has passed.

Do you know when they await their hearings if it’s like a probation period? I would guess any number of violations would jeopardize their status while waiting for their hearing.
