U.S less than 1%. It makes one wonder what they have to hide.

Antibiotics cure bacterial infections, even in heavily immune compromised people. Pfizer developed and manufactures several antibiotics.

Immunizations give people resistance to diseases, which mostly prevents them from the worst of a disease, so, that's a cure for most people. Pfizer makes lots of different immunizations.

There are a stack of post operative and pre-operative drugs without which more people would die. Pfizer makes them, too.

Then there are cures to conditions that would otherwise take lives or leave people chronically ill, like monoclonals and antivirals. Not to mention a stack of other therapeutics. Pfizer makes them too.

My guess is that you genuinely know nothing about any of this, and you read your ridiculous assertion online somewhere.
