Cyberpunk 2077

Kind of strange to be offering free adverts for a games company, but I LOVE this game, I have played it through dozens of times, got the updates and even downloaded the audio book...The stories just grab me, possibly something to do with my thread in the comics section.
If you like RPG, FPS and open world stuff, grab it, you wont be disappointed, you can get it on steam and a few other places. I have put hundreds of hours into this now, honestly, you wont be disappointed if you get it, you just wont want to stop playing it.

Game was fantastic, did 2 playthroughs myself. Haven't been able to get to the DLC is it worth it?

Totally worth it, it adds a whole new dimension to the game.
Depending on what you do and when it can have affects on some of the base game responses too and vice versa...like if you do the add on after you help lizzy wizzy, wghen you meet her later she chats about your shared history and gives you a present. :)

This game was so broken at launch the disc was only 10 dollars. I am sure it is much better now along with the dlc. I buy games on sale though and have what seems to be a never ending backlog. The price hasn’t dropped enough to get the digital bundle yet in my case.

"I got it when it came out on Xbox One and loved it, even though it was broken, but for some reason, I let everyone’s complaints about the whole mess ruin it for me, so I haven’t played since."

Well it's still there, just waiting so whenever you decide to, you can give it a go.

Honestly, 'much better now' is an understatement. This game is an absolute masterpiece, CDPR didn't want it released early in the state it was in but pressure from shareholders unfortunately resulted in the disastrous launch which then resulted in a class action lawsuit from the shareholders, the irony.

But if we can call the launch disastrous, then the turn around is nothing short of magical. I've played through about 4 or 5 times without mods and the same with mods. The DLC is even better than the base game it is that good of a game.

The mod running in the video is called 'Dreampunk' coupled with 'Bodycam'. It's essentially an overhaul of the whole game and is absolutely stunning.
