I don't believe anything the U.S. government puts out because there are no independent investigators on the inside to confirm/verify authenticity.

Watching the video ill report what I find and edit this comment accordingly but so far im at 18 minutes in and he has proven nothing but correctional officer negligence with the 73+1 count which he claims they say is unusual even though it doesnt mention how unusual it is in the report making it, what, his opinion. The +1 is obviously the porter which isnt unusual and ill explain that as a "porter" is a custodial job assignment for an "offender" we call them offenders now because someone thought inmate was too cruel. Moving on, what the officers did was called "pencil whipping their count sheets" they've performed a previous running count so all you have to do is add or subtract the total of people who came in or left from your last count and that gives you your new count total. Its irresponsible and lazy and against policy and if someone dies when this happens you are screwed. Has every officer done it at least once? I guarantee it. These places almost nothing ever changes its the most boring baby sitting job in the world, referring to special housing specifically as general pop is totally different. Extra linen, sure they aren't suppose to have them, but porters traffic them to other inmates that pay for them anyway and they are too understaffed to search the entire prison everyday. They get them from their job working in the necessities department. If the necessities officer didnt search his workers thoroughly they will traffic. Offenders will traffic anything that isnt nailed to the floor including electrical wire, especially electrical wiring.

More: I should of wrote down my thoughts as I watched his video because im not watching it again to remember specific inconsistencies, if any, or ideas i had but the end he says the person he sees going up in an orange jump suit was the killer *spoiler alert* which he could have just said at the beginning before pulling us through the obvious lies the correctional officer told the OIG to cover her own ass because thats prison time. Epstein could have died before their shift even started. Oh I remembered three things. Rank was suppose to make their rounds but didn't do that. Also, she went to another building to do count because rank told her to. I know rank told her to because no one willingly goes off to do extra duties. This must have happened because they were short staffed which they usually are because states and the government do not like to pay top dollar to work in dangerous environments. Ask any cop. Finally, in reference to him then stating it was 73-1 in the OIG office he simply messed up his ghost count and pencil whipped it wrong. Also, the state or fed will always throw your peon ass under the bus to save face whoever the bottom is. However, if u can accept that fact and can pass a drug test and are above the age of 17 and without a history of violence on your record, you too can work at such a facility because they will literally let a highschooler in and think nothing of it which is why I resigned from being an officer. They need bodies. 

Summary: The video proved nothing beyond the officers were lazy shits who dont know how to keep count and central *the person who is suppose to double check your counts* didnt do their job either if thats the case. The porter left and went home. If he didnt, there wouldnt be a minus one and the officers would have been half right in their ghost count but still shame shame for not doing their head count. To be fair, I think he may actually have died on the prior shift and that the night shift pencil whipped the running count off the previous shift lol which is an entirely new conspiracy if you think about it. Wow. However, just wanted to clarify, I do still believe his death was the narrative just that the officers that day portrayed negligence and passed the buck to the next shift and OIG had to pick one so the system didnt look like a complete fool. There are hours between counts, he could have easily been trafficked torn sheets waited until count was over and offed himself it happens all the time. Hell, someone died yesterday by electrocution at a unit 30 miles from here. I imagine its not hard for an old man to break his neck hanging himself hard by dropping down onto his knees from a jump. We are talking about a 66 year old senior citizen.

...Federal officials have repeatedly said Epstein's eventual death by suicide was foreshadowed by this earlier alleged attempt. Former Attorney General Bill Barr reiterated that claim in an August closed-door deposition before the House Oversight Committee, which released the interview transcript last week. Barr, who did not reply to questions from CBS News, said in his testimony he knew about the July 23 incident, which he "viewed as an attempted suicide." Barr said he considered it indicative of Epstein's "state of mind."

But jail staff memos and other never-before-reported documents obtained by CBS News, as well as interviews with more than a dozen people who interacted with Epstein before and after the incident, reveal a murkier picture than the one depicted by Barr. The new documents have surfaced amid persistent speculation over Epstein's death, despite officials' conclusions that he died by suicide.

As corrections officers entered Epstein's cell on July 23, they were greeted by a chaotic scene, according to a source close to the investigation.

"He's laying on the floor and his bunkie is screaming: 'I did nothing, I banged on my door to get him out of my cell,'" the source said. Corrections officers carried Epstein to a cell on a different floor as he remained unresponsive.

Moments after becoming alert, Epstein gave officers his first account of what happened, the records show. He told them he thought he had been attacked by his cellmate, an ex-cop who was awaiting trial on four murders.

"He sat up on the bed and began telling me that he [thinks] his bunkie … tried to kill him," a responding officer wrote in one memo. A senior officer wrote in a separate incident report that Epstein initially implicated his cellmate in the incident, claiming he had previously said things that made Epstein feel threatened.

Epstein would later back off the claim, saying instead that he couldn't remember what happened. Nicholas Tartaglione, the cellmate, has repeatedly disputed the initial allegation and said he tried to revive Epstein. As with Epstein's eventual death, any camera footage of the incident was either mislaid, lost or never captured by the facility's faulty system....
