Interesting one from Australia involving car stalling EM effects and a football shaped object emitting a pulsating, iridescent, blue tube of light down onto the vehicle's windscreen.

Spargo stated he was driving his 1967 Valiant Utility, Reg. No. USG.076, towards Boyup Brook from Kojonup at approximately 60-65 mph with headlights on high beam.

When approximately 10 miles from Mayanup the car suddenly stopped - motor stopped - headlights went out - and became stationary without any sensation of braking or deceleration.

He had been travelling alone in the vehicle and was on a bitumen road.

A tube of light descended close to the windscreen. The tube was about 2 feet in diameter. He looked up the tube and could not see anything but felt he was being observed.

The tube of light had descended from object shaped like a football, iridescent blue colour (lightning colour but stationary), with a pulsating glow appearance, and approximately 30 feet in diameter.

Spargo stated he just sat looking at the tube of light and object for approximately 5 minutes. He felt no personal effect other than surprise and not being able to believe his eyes. He heard no noise.

The object then moved off very quickly and disappeared in a 'flash.' When it had gone Spargo found his motor running, lights on, and again travelling at 60 to 65 mph (previous speed). He felt no sensation of acceleration..

Two rather bizarre (and similar sounding) UFO light beam cases six days and thirty miles apart in Missouri:

It was 6:40am on the road between Elmer and Atlanta, MO March 4th, 1969. City Marshall, William Overstreet was driving towards Atlanta on his early morning job, a rural mail carrier. Ahead of him, a "large red object" was traveling to his right in the fields. It was moving northerly and would cross his path. Overstreet, because the thing was low [circa 50 off the ground], could estimate its size at about 100 feet in diameter.
The thing emitted an intensely bright white lightbeam towards the roadbed. This beam was also extremely hot, and he felt the same way as if he were out on a summer's noon time in full blast of the Sun. As the beam manifested, the object changed colors. Its center became blue, and the red migrated to a ring around this core..

And.

A few days later, about thirty miles "up the road"....
It's Monday morning, 10:30am, March 10th, 1969 and Mrs. Nanci _______ {she asked on the form not to quote her name, so even if it's almost 50 years ago, I'll comply} was driving to Lancaster, MO with her dog resting in the rear seat.
The dog roused from his sleep --- a large arousal since he was a St. Bernard. It became alarmed and barked furiously as it jumped into the passenger seat, his hair standing up on his neck. Then, as if he had been whipped, he tried to crawl down beneath the seat, whimpering.
The apparent cause of this extraordinary behavior was a bright beam of light coming down into the road ahead. This beam was so bright [like the Sun] that it was hard to see anything else in its direction. Mrs. X followed the beam skyward to see a disk-shaped [almost like a pyramid] object, gray colored with a small dome atop, from which this beam emerged. Sometimes it seemed like there were particles of something suspended in this beam..

“Witness saw a brilliant light directly above the road about 200 feet ahead of him and 50 to 75 feet off the ground, as he rounded a bend in the road in his 1967 Ford. The area was sparsely settled.  There was no definite object, just light.  The car radio faded into static.  The light itself emitted a beam downward that illuminated the nearby trees.  Light was then retracted as if the beam were a ladder; it was five to six feet wide and well defined.  The main light was fuzzy on the edges.   Now the engine cut out as did the radio … Light then disappeared after a few seconds, going straight up.  Engine started by itself and the car had been left in drive gear. 

Conclusion: Unidentified.

that light beam is the key to the whole story. It is a transport. Regardless of what is being moved, that beam is the carrier. it has qualities to produce a physical manipulation while aimed at a physical object. I mean, what ever is inside it, being captured and navigated as fast as you can move a mouse over your computer screen.
they say tictac had 5000g acceleration, so how one can squeeze anti-gravity engine inside of an orb?
To me seems like the orb is being supported by some sort of a 'magnet' mechanism while having onboard only a control unit. The emitter of a 'magnet' beam is in orbit and controlling movements of an orb simply moving the beam.

Inside that beam there might be a condition where space-time is creating a condition where anything physical inside is being 'spread' over a larger area, hence allowing a physical object to occupy larger space, making it 'lighter' in weight inside Earth gravity field.

So far this is my theory.

Hats off to you for the speculation mate and it's all extremely interesting to consider - saw you linked this Mississippi case over on another thread so I pinched it and posted it here lol.

The beam was moving...scanning the ground close to her. The object was totally motionless as the beam angled toward the ground. Soon the light disappeared up into the craft, not turned off, but drawn into the craft in one motion.

Don't know if you've looked into Ted Phillips research into Marley Woods but it's intriguing stuff and can't remember which video it's described in but he relates some freaky 'directional' light beam activity which could be related to your post.

Always liked and trusted Ted Phillips mate and there's some extremely strange stuff going on in Marley Woods.

Could be nothing but also came across this weird aspect involving a beam leaving a 'trail of luminescence' and could swear I've read about other cases involving the same thing (can't find them though).

Late one Saturday night in January, 1980, a Brazilian electronics businessman and nine other people saw a disc-shaped object shine a light down on the water near the eastern shore of the Tapajos river in the Amazon. The man, his family and some relatives, were camping at a beach thirty miles south of Santarem, and appeared around eleven o'clock.

Several teenagers were still awake, lying in hammocks and talking, when they saw the UFO come toward them from across the river. It stopped about thirty yards from the beach and shined a light down on the water twenty yards below. The kids awakened the others. The UFO hovered briefly and then began moving north, or to the campers right, parallel to the shore. It traveled more than half a mile, with the spotlight still shining straight down, before it disappeared.

 The curious thing about all this was that as the beam of light moved along the river, it left behind a trail of luminescence on the surface for several hundred yards. The trail gradually faded out, south to north, at about the same speed as the light itself had moved.
