Well. That sort of had me thinking maybe there is more to this and then he links it to HAARP which leaves me thinking this is still science fiction. For now.
Very interesting stuff though.
One glaring error to do with Iraq's soldiers surrendering, is that if they broadcast to them, our troops were exposed to the same thing. But then perhaps they were all joining in a chorus of Kumbaya and both sides were surrendering to the other.
