Obviously a drug drop. Too bad you didnt get the coordinates and pick it up before the mules got it. Could be worth a fortune. I always wondered as to how many drug runners get robbed in the game of fortune. 

I mean like a one and done but then again you would have to "launder" it in another city as if you were found they would run you threw a wood chipper feet first.
