Dunno if he fits in that category yet.

Yeah, not if he just broke up a marriage or cheated on his wife, seeing where the perp's wife just divorced him 2 weeks ago.

Let be realistic 

Volger has a squeaky clean record....

I doubt this is homicide related, which leaves us with Law and Order SVU, which seems to be the only category left.

For now, there's no indication Volger did anything criminal...

I doubt he was doing Mike Vick stuff or diddling kids or even sexual assault, torture, extremely doubtful

If this is run-of-the-mill consensual cheating on a spouse sex, it does not warrant this type of punishment...
