My sister in law is Portuguese and she works and lives up in the north, near Braga. Long story short they still don't have power. The cafes and small businesses are still using candles for light and people are paying in cash.
The strange thing is, it's not just power electricity it's also things that should have backups, cell towers are down, no phone reception.
Internet very spotty.
There are lines at the gas station because the pumps are not functioning right.
