Why would they keep on saying they will release them when they really don't have too?

We've been told for years they wouldn't release them because of X reason

All I know is one reason I found ATS was searching for JFK stuff one one reason I stuck around was Jim Marrs and JFK stuff it's the CT theory Ive read more books on except Cryptids and UFO's but even those 2 categories are less serious and much less obvious than the stuff surrounded JFK

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the factual evidence has already been theorized to some degree

or it could all be psyop where there is nothing to it, and TPTB wants us to lose our proverbial shit 

I wouldn't be surprised if there were 2 completely organic independent attempts and there is evidence certain departments knew and on the information

Don't get me wrong.  I am among those who expect we will eventually know the truth about exactly what happened.

But the establishment has gone to such lengths to outright contaminate, conceal, and suppress the details, that it is impossible not to consider someone (or some people) are likely implicated in a damning way - and those people are being 'protected.'

By protected, I don't mean protected from prosecution. 
I mean protected from investigation... a much more telling kind of protection.

But then, we are all familiar with the idea that some people (within a small group) have been especially protected all along... and still are.
