Maybe someday we can talk about John Dewey and what makes him even more infamous than his library book numbering system

Do you mean his pragmatic take on Education, or his claims of being a non-Marxist socialist. The guy was a failing transcendentalist in that he had a nonfunctioning understanding about the systems of either social structure nor the foundational importance of the public educational system.
