The WHO is not a person.
Most of the WHO's accolades and claims to fame are in large part a benefit of writing one's own press releases.
The WHO's achievements are a function of individuals collaborating... not the "steering committee" of talking heads.
The WHO is a stereotypical body of unelected technocrats and elites who became celebrities.
(And not only is the WHO's history not pristine, but its culture is worthy of exposition)...
Just ask around... the WHO are not those heroic personages who deserve the credit for their work during health crises of past generations.
