I'm sure you know how these Pardons were determined. It's not "Biden" as we know him. It's DOJ staff that actually looks at available evidence and decides what is probable guilt and and provable and what is likely to be "conviction" material. These Pardons all have the above boxes checked. We'll actually be seeing some of this soon enough, now that it's no longer classified as active.
