How to: Waves and vibration in Meditation.

That should be good enough to get you places and have a fun experience. The wondering mind is the trick, your doing things in a loop and eventually your brain starts replaying previous experiences superimposing it over the top.  This happens just before you fall asleep.

All the rolling and wave motions is going to sync up with your breathing at some point. Don't think about it or, it doesn't really matter. It will happen if you just follow the instructions.
