Physical transformation
There is a little homunculus running the physical show and we need to deal with it. The itches is actually their tickles. I told you this was a journey, but it is actually a quest.
The award for defeating this mighty foe is vibrational energy and also where some of the hard work is.
Tense and relax every muscle group one at a time. Start with one foot, tense and relax. Feel the sensation, do the other foot. Move up to calves, then upper leg. Lower body, stomach, back, upper body. Arms, hands, neck, face and head.
You must do all of it and pause and pay attention to the sensation. The mind will wonder, this is normal. Focus back on the exercise. Relax, take as long or move as quickly as you want to.
Why go through all this trouble? Because the mind wonders, one of the things it does while wondering about is take stock of the limits of reality as perceived by the senses. Following the processes allows the wondering mind to reconstruct the homunculus in steps.
It also prevents the body from getting tired.
You need to do this in conjunction with the breathing exercise. All of this is here to keep your mind busy and have something to do when it starts to wonder.
