How to: Waves and vibration in Meditation.
#2
Vibrations into waves.

We have to tame the mind that constantly wanders and so we have to give it something to do. We give it something to do in incremental steps becasue it will wonder.

Preparation.

Learn about hemi-sync,
It works not much to say about it. Listen to the bi-neural sounds it will save you allot of time and you basically don't have to do anything other than listen.

OR

Alternate your drawing hand and focus on sensations in your body, mind and mood and relax, don't overthink it. Make the best drawing you can in the moment, draw the other hand. Alternate hands. Take your time.  You can remember this feeling and alternate going from one hemisphere to the other or combine them.

I learned this technique from an old witch, one of many I met through the years. She was teaching me art, drawing and other creative skills that I am grateful for.

Hyper fixation

Intense focus comes from extreme relaxation and I like that contradiction. We need to trick the wondering mind into paying attention long enough to construct reality.

Get into a comfortable position that you can maintain for at least 40min or where it will not be an issue if you sleep. Mentally and physically prepare yourself for a journey. That means taking a breath and saying "I'm doing this now for an extended period", scratching itches and adjusting socks.

This is the start, you just gave your mind a couple of easy tasks to perform.  Just relax and go with the flow.

Now start breathing in through your nose and out of your mouth, calmly, pause when your lungs are full and also empty. To occupy the mind, visualize breathing in clean energy and converting it in the body. Breath out the used up energy. Breathing in O2, blowing out CO2, real energy conversion not mystical. Relax and don't overthink stuff.

Don't do this long or you will fall asleep or get bored, 5min is stretching it. When it feels good you are good.

Everything is done with a purpose and we also start focusing on natural energy waves and cycles here. Your breathing and heart-beats are waves of motion, a natural rhythm. When you hold your breath your heart gets constricted and has to pump faster. When you breath out there is more space and it can beat slower. Pay attention to these cycles.

Your mind will wonder, just relax it's all normal and focus on the breathing and the natural cycle. Breathing in the through the nose and out the mouth is to get your diaphragm moving, you also release tension in your face and notably the tongue.

Breath in and out, feel the energy expanding through your body and leaving again. We are also going to start going into mystical aspects. Just relax and go with the flow, it's one of the tricks. We need to disassociate the perception of normal movement in the mind and attach it to something else, something in-between real and completely other.

Feel the energy coming in through the soles of your feet when you breath in going up into your head. Breath it out.

****** apparently I'm doing a comprehensive guide now, will continue later ******
