How to: Waves and vibration in Meditation.

I see the same questions pop up allot over the interwebs and I had trouble with this stuff before, I hope some of this helps. These are things I do.

Let's start with common issues: 

Issue 1: My mind is all over the place.

Yes that is normal and why whatever technique exits in the first place that you are following, your are following some technique right? You deal with this the same way you do with anxiety by acknowledging it is a thing that is happening. That is the first step in the process of stopping it from escalating.

The next step is getting back to business, acknowledge your mind wandered and focus back on breathing or whatever other process you are following. You also need to give your mind something to do. Visualizing a box that stray thoughts get sent into is currently working great for me. Problem solving might also help for you, give your mind something to do. The trick is to do it every time and every day. You will get better and better at it over time until it becomes automatic.

Exercise and getting out there in nature is also great. Hard exercise follow by focused relaxation always puts me on cloud 9.

So just relax it's all normal, do your little trick and get back to the program.

Issue 2: Itches

Verry much the same as the first issue. If it itches, scratch or slap it depending what critters are in your area. Don't overthink it. I have also heard it said this is a way for your brain to check if you are asleep.

The itches is actually a good sign. You are at the point where you can start doing basic control over energy. But you will never know until you get rid of that bug or hair that is tickling you.

The first itch guides me, if it's nothing then the others becomes points of energy that I can dissipate and play with. How did I get here? With practice, explorer the itches, figure out what is real or not. You have to recognize at this point that your well on your way into a altered state of conciseness.

So just relax it's all normal, do your little trick and get back to the program.

Issue 3: Wrong expectations or losing the state.

Not every session will be profound and you can actually drop in and out of many states of consciousness during a session. You can scratch your nose and get back to your previous state by just following your method in a couple of seconds. You are following some technique right?

issue 4: the preamble is looking longer the guide I imagined, brb with the actual guide, just going with the flow at present, who knows where this goes.
