My understanding is a common answer needs be pulled apart from all historical sources, as you so well put it

In the version of initiation I went through, we are made to study the traditions of the Sumerian, Norse, Egyptian, Greeks, Romans and many others (incidentally)

Within which, the purpose is to align a common meaning within all their teachings

A common meaning that then needs to fit within biology and physics, geometry and mathematics

If you find something which correlates across 2 or more distinct historical sources, you are on the right path

If it does not quite work, you look deeper and simplify the concept to its fundamentals. Then if it works for my sources, work back up from this to see how the specific sources varied

When you find 2 or more sources, that also align with concepts we understand today, then there is very high probability that you are correct

Or at least, "more correct" then other interpretations based on single sources, which correlates to very little except themselves

A good example of this, is the concept discussed within this thread with the primary sphere of 1st, 2nd and 3rd dimension, relating to INTERNAL, EXTERNAL and DIRECTION, within the structure of not only the individual conscious and perception, but also within the forming of all levels of internal biological and external geometric torus, spheres or cells

Whether it be the smallest cell, or the largest galaxy

Which also then aligns seamlessly with the Biblical understanding

When you simply these types of considerations down to internal, external and direction, they all fit perfectly

Some versions are more specific than others, such as the 3 spheres of the "trimanifested" self listed above

But they are all based on the same underlaying structure

This is how all things within the mysteries need be considered

The most important information ever passed down through history by the various cultures, were not the exploits of particular people of their time

Rather, they were the personification of important conceptual understanding about creation and the structure of the physical world

The beauty of considering and aligning things in such a way, is that it cannot be disputed

Considerations, for example, such as whether or not Jesus Christ actually existed become irrelevant to the deeper intended meaning behind his allegories

His story aligns with that of Kore and Demeter, because it teaches the same principles

Historical accuracy becomes little more than the manifestion of cyclically probability

As with our tradition teaching that the original intended meaning of the word "Christ" is "Cycle"

If you analyse the stories of "Christ" translating it as "Cycle" it works perfectly

"Cycles" are crucified (crossed) to pass away, then rise again

It is why so many believe the "anti-cycle" (Antichrist) needs to come, before the cycle (Christ) can return

It is why so many await the cycles (Christ's) return. Because that is what cycles do. They leave and return

Every single consideration and story for the word "Christ", works perfectly if you translate it as "Cycle"

Which means, there is a very high probability that this is what the word originally meant

So "belief" cannot interfere with understanding of deeper meaning

And the deeper meaning does not interfere with personal belief

When you unlock "key" words in the Bible, the most common verses take on a very different meaning

Without being in any way contrary to what people believe they mean

This is why modern religions are terrified of the coming universal religion

Because it does not conflict with their beliefs. It merely supercedes the root of their understanding

And to many, the possibilities within such are terrifying

There is, in essence a whole new understanding being given to many people around the world, for what amounts to a whole new book

But the roots of such will the same as they ever have been

For me, it seems much easier to correct certain understandings within existing texts that I am able to, based on what I understand, and offer deeper more detailed processes where possible

To possibly help those already invested in such texts
