I didn't mean to imply that communication with whatever is 'out there' has to have good vibes because if you happen to run across an advanced alien race and they stoop down to communicate with you, how will your communication measure up in any way to them? What they usually say is, from what I've read, "Why are you wasting our time when you have nothing to offer us?"

Now I got you. No there is messages already waiting for you, 5 of them.  You won't bother any one.

I don't think the tapes leads to talking with aliens unless you make them do that. I still have a couple of tapes left and I will defiantly let you know if any aliens talks to me. So far if anything is out there it's machine elves and clowns and things that are interested in you especially if there is emotional trauma.

The first section of the tapes is to help you get rid of any fears and emotional blocks that might pop up and it works. That's why I can see whacked stuff and stay calm and you know, acutely have the experience. Well some of it in any case and then you drop out when things get rough.

I'm only interested in the techniques and this is my experience so far.  That box is a pretty cool trick and very simple, but you got to work and add on it constantly. I think it's called cultivation or something in eastern practices.
