I could see the vortex! Such a bizarre experience. Holy crap. Took about 15-30mn for everything to become normal again. Still reeling a bit.
It wasn't the focus or something I wanted to do. The session itself was very difficult, I kept falling asleep and dreaming about a hill. The same hill over and over, it was annoying because it had no meaning to me and I could count the trees if I wanted to.
