I have downloaded it. I am at an hour and a half in. It has AI made characteristics. Mispronouncing words inconsistently, says a word then says it again pronounced differently shortly afterwords. Repeats audio with slightly different words. Also some references seem to be extremely limited.
The .3 mm spheroids for example. They are only referenced as being found in one area. It is common knowledge that these are found all over the world. You can gather them with a magnet sweeper on flat roofs. They are melted meteorite balls of metal, much like formed in a shot tower. The metal naturally cools into tiny balls as it falls through the air.
While I haven't came across anything I know to be incorrect, i think it is AI made. It is a good introduction to many interesting areas of unusual knowledge.
