Again I usually only do the focus ten. Everything after 12 seems… not for me.

that was not what was used from this tech, the brain-entrainment is the useful part.
I don't think the orbs are real, or rather I don't really care about that. Just documenting what's happening to me going through the tapes and going with the flow.
Combining this with prayer would be a powerful and a amazing experience, one of the sessions is very much just like prayer (Gateway Experience Wave 3 Track 4 - Five Questions ). It's a pity about the stigma around these practices. Just like drugs I think allot of things was declared verboten without actually understanding what's happening and perhaps proper meditation was included with prayer at some point and lost to time.
