If I Had $1,000,000

My Bride and me live really simply;  fish a little, go torching for some night food, grow some things.   I think I could truly help some folk who desperately need it with just a million dollars.    I'm talking about seamen who dedicated their whole life to their job and are now  relegated to living on $1,000 per month, including health insurance.   It's a disgrace, and I would change it if I could.
