Go to focus 10. Open your eyes and breath in energy from the sun, the light is bright.


Breath out life, let it flow. It covers all. Move to focus 12. Your breath it is life, it is CO2, food. You are an energy conversion engine part of a system. Breath covers all.


Let your breath flow down the valleys and streams.



Let it flow down and connect with the web that connects all living things.


When you reach that point you should be able to go anywhere. Go to a lookout point you have been to before and look and fly, follow the land.  Go through all the biomes, including the ocean and then up into space. Recharge and bring the energy back.
