One aspect I could never figure out was when I went somewhere during a session and then found myself back, had I simply dozed off (which is likely), got into a deep meditation (I've officially done TM), or disassociated (as I sometimes did as a youth).
Anybody have insights into that?  I've done some minor remote viewing, but never had any inkling of the deeper side of leaving my body as Monroe told us.

These hemi-synch recordings can be used to entrain the mind to states that make remote viewing easier.

remote viewing is very structured and not free form. It is also does not use out of body in any way.

they are two separate… things.

edit trying not to get into things but… dissociation from trauma was used for the black stuff.

dissociation is mind not wanting to be in body because of bad stuff. Meditation induces the mind to certain wave lengths that can promote RV and other things. The hemi-synch can entrain the mind to these wave lengths, thus its use in the tech.
