First I have to say the binaural sounds caught me off-guard. I was taught to sync my hemispheres just by alternating hands while drawing and focusing on what's going on. The energy work is also some chi stuff I learned in the 90's.
Halfway through tape 3 I figured I can just do it with my eyes open and interesting visions appeared. A ripple went past the curtains a couple of seconds before the whole window folded in half. It was nuts, everything was just getting squished in like a portal was opening. Unfortunately going WOW in a trance ends the experience so that was that, it was a rush of energy.
Tape 4 I decided to do with eyes open from the start. I'm facing stairs sitting comfortably. Everything was going fine, odd wavy lines now and then nothing crazy. During the exercise you have to pull out fears, look at emotions and events and clean them. I knew the exercise so I was digging deep and going into the trenches with gusto and tears.
One of the lights flickered and I knew something was going to happen if things kept up. I could see my aura/energy shield at this point in time, my vision was alternating between normal and going into high contrast.
A glow came from behind the stair rails. Something made out of energy came down the stairs. I was actually keeping it together, prepared to see weird shit. Unfortunately my cat was also seeing what ever was now almost next me. He was backing away and scared, so I pulled off the headphones and got up. I couldn't see anything any more. He kept looking at the stairs for about 5min after. Now I sit here typing this.
