Rational thought is reasserting itself. I would totally also get a fluffer if I was rich.

Fluffer has multiple meanings, including a person who keeps male actors aroused on a pornographic film set, a person who cleans the London Underground tunnels, and a public relations practice. 

Well Elon doesn't have a fluffer, rather I would imagine wielding power at will would keep him fluffed to the nth degree.
