Well not exactly nothing weird, the relaxation process is backwards from how I normally do this. He starts the relaxation process at the head and then focus down on the feet and brings the energy back up. There was a moment where my face only was vibrating and this was a new experience for me.
only thing I feel is the deep relaxation, I often fall asleep by the end. I use it purposefully for this at times.
