Memory Palace has always seemed too cumbersome for practical use, for me.
When I memorise lots of information I make correspondences.
Using a system, in my case the Hebrew Tree of Life, you can retain lots of information in column form by having like things next to eachother that relate.
For example, the Sephira or sphere of Tiphareth, it's meaning is Beauty, colour is pink/rose , planet is the Sun, Roman God is Apollo, emotion is Love. etc etc
Besides a graphical framework, another helpful tool is mnemonics.
In memorising the order of the Zodiac for example,
A Tough Guy Can Leave etc
Aries Taurus Germini Cancer Leo
