btw. this is no different from creating the box where you store your material self/ego in during the gateway process. I only did track 1 so far. It's interesting..familiar.
My experience with track 1 started at the beach listing to the waves and at the end I was in warehouse/shed. Something also sat on my chest during the session, it was a bit weird. Calling it "stick-legs" for now because it poked the mattress.
I'll try one or two more tracks today if time allows.
Through focus 12 it is normal safe meditation.
I use prayer interweaved.
