I’ve seen the greys when I have nights of insomnia. However, I’ve never had sleep paralysis. The last time was about 8 months ago. Laying in bed trying to sleep. I opened my eyes and looked up, there was a group of them standing there. I waived my hand at them in a ‘get the fuck out of here gesture’. They faded away with the waive of my hand as if they were like mist smoke. I’ve seen them 3 times now, and it’s always under the same ‘insomnia’ circumstances.
Yes, that is the reassuring thing about it all, they seem to leave us alone or back off when we put our foot down. I will say that even more interesting things happen once you learn to remove the fear--this is the key to having an OOBE in my opinion. You must make your heart light as a feather or you're going to have a bad time.
As for my 'dead name,' unfortunately I let myself get destroyed by depression and alcohol and turned into something else. These 'angels' or 'doctors' always seem to manage to coral me back in though. There is hope, even for a lousy slob like me.
