One possibility is integrating Gaza into Israel. Palestinians who aren't known terrorists swear an oath to Israel and have the right to live and work in that country. Also, those Palestinian children would attend schools where they are taught the merits of co-existing with their neighbours.

The only remote chance for the two-state solution is if a splinter group in the West Bank breaks away from the Palestinian Authority, like Bangladesh, which is an offshoot of East Pakistan.
