These people aren't right in the head! 
I remember how it was to be a 13 year old girl, and I remember how scary it could be when older men were crossing the line.
Innocent flirting wasn't scary to me, but it did get scary when they try to cross the line.
I hope Justice will be served because little girls (and boys) should have a voice - children should be heard and respected.
