If it were up to me and I was working there I'd agree there is nothing like rural and or small-town living. 

But there are advantages to atleast being in a suburban area, I know he wants it to have a showroom area where clients can easily come in for presentations and pick their inventory in person.
His mind was not for rent to any god or government, always hopeful yet discontent. Knows changes aren't permanent, but change is ....
