Pardon my naivety, early morning thoughts and if possible point me towards some good reads about this topic astral projection and astral protection....
Not to speak out of place, it seems vibrating or a vibrational state has been reported in astral projection, in some alien and UFO encounters, cryptid encounters, and strange occurrences in our forests or national parks. Even reports of remote viewing IIRC in all instances the 'vibrations' are unpleasant so much so they repel most people while awake.
Ive had what I'd classify 100% as dreams, recently where I'd felt like I was floating rapidly through different scenes, then I was lying down asleep and opened my eyes and for lack of better words a silhouetted feminine presence floating right above me. It was not evil, menacing, or intimate at all it was just there floating, but as soon as I acknowledged thier presence the shadow billowed up and disappeared. Im disappointed it hasn't happened again it was an interesting AF dream. I wanted to find out who they were.
Is it easier to enter the "vibrational state" dreaming while asleep and access the "astral" plane?
Is an astral plane like another dimension? or is it just us being able to access levels of mind our consciousness that are normally not accessible
Is there a telepathic aspect?
Is it all connected?

His mind was not for rent to any god or government, always hopeful yet discontent. Knows changes aren't permanent, but change is ....
