If you're still at the stage you feel you need protections you shouldn't even be doing stuff.Just a heads up. You can't be romping around in that mental headspace cause you've already classified yourself as "Prey". Entities don't need you inducing their "prey drive".
Fixes for a clear space is easy.
Firstly yell at them they aren't welcome, don't have your permission, Yell at them 'You Lie!!!" claiming the space is important.

On your windows place a small cheap mirror facing outwards. Who DOESN'T love giving entities that carnival funhouse experience? Toss some salt under your mattress. You sleep 8-6 hrs, it'll help.
Because you're "You", envision your home wrapped in different strands of colors, like a huge yarn ball. Use colors that AREN'T your's. Camoflage is a lovely thing. Last layer make crystal long sharp points. Or needles, or knives. Ouchies are also fun for entities!
If indeed you're correct entities are lurking, you'll find out fast.
Just like drinking liberal tears,(not meant to offend any dem posters!!!) listening to entities cussing & yelling cause they got burnt, hurt, shocked is glorious!!!
Good entities will only be amused. But still show up. They think we're cute when we get feisty.
Metaphysical work is NOT all love'n light with fancy procedures or years of study. You're just walking thru gang-territory in the non-physical on your way to someplace else. Just passing thru. If you can't be gangsta/guerilla? Best to stay home.

Stop complicating things
A guide lights the way in the hope that those who follow can see more clearly. You could do some real good here. Maybe it's your calling, who knows? Those of us who have been lifelong wranglers of this process aren't "complicating" it. We're just trying to find our way. A guide who knows the way would be really, really helpful, but only if they can talk straight to us. I'm 66. I'm not a kid anymore, just not as experienced in the esoteric arts as you.
You were once as us. Did you hold back because you weren't skilled, or did you push on? Did you have a mentor? Do you really know the way? Show us.
