Communist Terror and Red Famine.
#1
Really do applaud young people learning about Nazi IG Farben atrocities from the last century but really do wonder why young people emerging from college these days seem 'completely unaware' of the absolute carnage and terror of Communist genocides (and manufactured famines).

Not for the faint hearted but there's an extremely thought provoking (and important) video below in which author James Bartholomew goes into some extremely disturbing details about the insane realities of Communist ideologies resulting in countless millions of deaths.

• Communist Terror: The Evil Truths Schools DON'T Teach Our Children.

Quote:On today's #NCF we are joined by journalist and author James Bartholomew of the Museum of Communist Terror and the Foundation for the History of Totalitarianism.

Book discussed: "At Dawn they Came: Soviet Terror & Repression 1917-1953" by Giles Udy.

If one can stomach it then this video also covers 'Nazinsky: Stalin's Cannibal Island' which has actually been described as 'hell itself'.

Apparently the suffering was 'beyond belief' and ordinary folks were just dragged off the streets and sent there in order to 'fill quotas'.

Viewer discretion.

Quote:In the middle of the Ob River in Siberia lies a forgotten island. Never officially named, it’s known after the nearest village: the hamlet of Nazino. But people who live in this desolate region know the island has another, secret name; a name you will never find on Google Maps. Over seventy years ago, dark things happened on this strip of earth surrounded by icy waters, things so horrifying they were kept hidden for decades. Things which resulted in this nameless place becoming known as Cannibal Island.

Obviously these lunatic regimes develop incrementally and censoring free speech and releasing violent criminals from prison (in order to jail 'political dissidents') is definitely a starting point - as is demonizing small land holders (particularly farmers).

Don't know if we are seeing the beginning stages of it now in England but history is positively littered with populations believing 'it couldn't happen here' so I guess we will see.
