As the jolly Keeper of Horses led her through the grassland, Stella felt herself shift. It was as if she could see all possible lives she might have lived, all the people she could have been, riding along with her, all superimposed on that moment of time. Timelines moved from the realm of alternate possibility to being right there, alongside her on the horse's back. Everything elongated. She looked at all the children she could have been, that were her too, that she was. Strangely, the horse didn't seem to mind one bit.
It was the best Nature Park ever. Stella turned and smiled at the camera.
