This picture isn't bad at all, I do like it.

If you could work more on the picture and add a little part of your "soul" then I would call it art because then I would feel something when I looked at it.

By the way, we all have our own ideas about what we think is art - I need to feel something before I can call it art.

But, each to their own - art should always be about freedom.
