Interesting things: this report lists 12 specific incidents, 9 of them with high-res video, which Congress could demand be released. Also, no real mention is made of materiel retrieval, only vague references to "TUO" (Technology of Unknown Origins). Organic craft are mentioned, but nothing else biological? This could be an attempt to separate the suppression of the phenomena from "the good stuff".
Mention was made in the hearing that this was the "public version" of the document. It does show signs of having been massaged, for example the tone of the last paragraph of section 4 seems a little... off.
Some of the descriptions of the different craft are missing? The Biological Effects, Unique Emissions, and Atmospheric Phenomena effects for example. I wonder if that was redacted for some reason, or just incomplete.
The lack of biological effects with saucer/disc's caught my attention immediately. Didn't a guy finally get compensation from the military over the Rendlesham incident? Or the guy in the UK who had the patterned exhaust marks on his chest from a saucer suffer effects? There's a lot of instances of injury with disc's.
Only thing I can think of is whoever compiled the report used a date-cutoff an these are all from newer, not historical reports? Also LMAO cause the formating in part of the report is very obviously a"cut & paste" right from MUFON's website!!
