I woke up with something running into the corner of the room. Just a glimpse, a shadow, but there is nothing there.
There is nothing there, I just woke up, paralyzed. Paralyzed? It's just sleep paralysis again and I'll just relax and go back to sleep calmly.
SUDDENLY - My wife sits up next to me asking where our son is? Points to the corner of the room where there is nothing and says "Oh, there he is." Falls back down and continues sleeping.
Naturally I'm going through some emotions at this point and still paralyzed, so I tried to move and can only manage to get my arm shaking. In the past I managed to break out of it when threatened.
It's not working, but I have to keep trying. "Mommy, what is he doing?" A little girl asks that wasn't there
HOLY $@#$ my mind broke a little bit at this point and survival instincts kicked in at 500%
Wish I could tell you what happened after that, at some point I could move again and immediately went to go check on my son. He was watching youtube in his room, 11PM not even that late.
That was one of my more disturbing SP episodes. Can you remember how your sleep paralysis episodes end? What did you do after and how did you feel?
