Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm sure that bouncing acronyms off the moon and reading back the numbers gives consistent results, via some model. I'm not calling anyone a liar. It would be silly thing to spout off such absurdities, such as the the idea that the majority of the scientific community could be inadvertently perpetrating a constructed model of reality that in fact serves the propaganda and agenda of hidden interests, all the while believing that they're serving "truth" and are utterly convinced that they have "science" on their side. We're here to Deny Ignorance, after all.
