As someone who majored in Physics with a minor in Astronomy and a career in IT. Ill chime in.
Without trying to go too deep. Back in 1969. We deployed the LRRR on the moon. The Laser Ranging Retroreflector (LRRR). Its a set of reflectors on the moon that scientists use to measure the distance between Earth and the moon.
I've actually been at an Observatory that shot a laser AT the moon and got data back real time from the LRRR. Its repeatable too! Aside from the moon slightly drifting away each time you run the numbers.
A "Flat Earth" would require hundreds of global governments, universities, military's, ect to all be in the "know" but able to keep the secret. That is not possible. We would of known many moons ago if were living in an aquarium on some aliens desk.
