You are correct, both M32 (small yellow orb top center) and M110 (fuzzy blob low center) are a couple dwarf galaxy's that are orbiting Andromeda.
Couple fun facts.
Andromeda is bigger than our own Milkyway - it contains roughly 1 trillion stars - whereas the Milkyway contains roughly 400 billion.
Andromeda and the Milkyway are in a collision course. In about 4 billion years, the Milkyway will merge with Andromeda. So anyone that plans to play Earthling again and again.. keep looking up. It should continue to get brighter and consume more of the sky the closer that date gets :P
